1. What are ebooks?
   
   An e-book is an electronic format of a regular book. The only difference between a regular book and an e-book is that e-books are not printed on paper. E-books are published in a large variety of electronic file formats and can therefore be acquired in formats appropriate for all hardware.

   This is caused if the version of Adobe Acrobat reader on your computer is an older version. Download the current version from Adobe's website here. Reopen your eBook, and it will work fine.

3. How long does it take to download a ebook?
   
   eBooks can be downloaded in a matter of minutes depending on the size of the file and your internet connection speed. eBooks come in all different sizes, depending on the length of the book and the number of images. A novel of about 300 pages can be downloaded in just a few minutes.
