OverDrive, Inc. announced today that the #1 and #3 U.S. public libraries and the first co-managed city/university library will soon offer patrons 24/7 access to best-selling digital books from their websites - using OverDrive Digital Library Reserve. Denver Public Library and Cuyahoga County Public Library were recently rated as the #1 and #3 libraries in cities with a population of over 500,000 by Hennen's American Public Library Ratings also known as the HAPLR Index (http://www.haplr-index.com/HAPLR100.htm). San Jose Public Library is the first in the nation to be funded, managed and operated jointly by a city and a major university (San Jose State University).

Steve Potash, CEO of OverDrive said, "We're extremely proud to be working with the most innovative and service oriented libraries in the world. The new eBook services available from these libraries will permit millions of readers throughout Colorado, Ohio, and Silicon Valley to download and read popular fiction, self-help, travel, business, study guides, and IT titles from the comfort of their home or office...all they need is a PC or PDA, Internet connection and their library card," Mr. Potash added.
